The Lucky July Listings Resident Talent Binth “We walk the line between serious and playful,” says Peter Dunham, who, along with partners Suzanna Bierwirth and Linnea Gits, cofounded West Loop-baed design company Binth, a striking stationer inspired by Japanese, Swiss, Danish, and German works. Bringing wildly diverse backgrounds in advertising sculpture, photography, furniture design, and painting, the trio came together in 2005 to collaborate on a friend’s baby book, and soon after, launched a range of greeting cards, injecting their collectively fun-loving, sometimes subversive perspective. The most recent addition to the lineup is a capsule collection of home accessories, including limited-edition, matted art prints and handsewn organic linen throw pillows, which, like the cards, are screen-printed with handmixed, water-based inks.
