We want you to be thoroughly delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return your purchase for a full refund. Any returned items must be received by GREER within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. No exceptions, please.

We can only accept items in their original condition and product packaging. Sealed items, such as boxes of correspondence cards, must remain sealed in order to be eligible for return. Any returns not meeting these conditions will be returned to the sender.

Please examine your order upon receipt as all damaged goods or incorrect orders must be reported to GREER either by e-mail (service@greerchicago.com) or phone (312-337-8000) within 48 hours of delivery to you. We'll tell you how to make any necessary returns and will correct the situation immediately. Please save all of the original packing materials.

Refunds will be issued to the purchasing credit card for merchandise value and any applicable taxes. Exchange requests are subject to availability. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges unless your return is a result of our error.

Please insure your return shipment as lost shipments are the responsibility of the sender.
