Its title, textured red cover and gold embossing suggest a certain formality, but this little book is occasionally a riotous read. Contains one hundred and ten rules written down by a fourteen-year-old George Washington as a way of reinforcing his lessons in comportment. It must have worked as the Father of Our Country was noted for his excellent manners.
